Jewellery Sizing

We LOVE a surprise here so if you are buying a secret engagement ring or anniversary present, and it is not possible to get an accurate ring size without giving the game away, then Mirri will re-size for free after the event.

However for all other ring orders you will need to provide us with the correct size when you place your order.

Any local jeweller should be able to do this for you. If this is difficult for you to do, then you can email us with your postal address to request a plastic ring gauge.

Please note: If you do provide us with the wrong size then we will happily resize the ring for you but this would incur a charge plus return postage – this would depend on the nature of the job.

ring size guide

To help you find the right ring size this table shows the inside circumference of each UK ring size. Please note that this is a guide only and that having your finger measured in our showroom or by any good jeweller is the most accurate way to find out your ring size.

You can use it to quickly work out your own, or your partner’s, ring size:-

The thicker the ring, the tighter the fit, so if you choose a ring with a deep band width, you will likely need to go one size up.

The best time of day to measure is in the evening, when your fingers are largest. Avoid measuring when you’re cold, as fingers are at least half a size smaller.

Your ring should fit your finger comfortably: it should be snug enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.

Good Luck!
