SHIPPING

Your order will arrive in an unbranded recyclable box - the jewellery itself will be packaged in a lovely Mirri Damer jewellery box all tied up with a ribbon!

Care instructions will be enclosed.

UK DELIVERY

We send all parcels by Royal Mail’s fully insured Special Delivery service. This is a fully insured, guaranteed next day service and arrives with your normal postman.

For all UK orders there will be a charge of £8.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where there will be someone in to receive it. If nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE and THE REST OF THE WORLD

For deliveries to the rest of the world we will provide a quote for a suitable service for the value of the jewellery and let you know the cost at the time of ordering.

LEADTIMES

This will vary depending on the piece of jewellery and my workload; within the UK we aim to deliver in stock items within a week, normal orders within 4-6 weeks and bespoke orders and commissions within 8-10 weeks. If we are going to fall behind those lead times we will email you to let you know what’s going on.

Also, if your order is more urgent than those turnaround times please say as we will always do our best to meet any special deadlines.

Please Note: Mirri Damer Jewellery will be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If the parcel/product is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt, then Royal Mail and Mirri Damer must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned to us for replacement.
