ORDERING ONLINE AND PAYMENT

When you make an enquiry or place an order on line we will respond by email as soon as possible either to answer your queries or to confirm the order. When the order is confirmed we require a 30% deposit or 50% for gold orders. This can be paid by Bank transfer (details will be on the email) or you can ring us and pay over the phone. You will receive a receipt and confirmation of the order by return email.

We will then contact you again as soon as the jewellery is ready for dispatch, to collect the rest of the payment and the address you would like it sent to.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge of £10 for UK delivery. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries we will get a quote for the most suitable delivery option. Please refer to our Shipping page for full delivery information.

International delivery (usually by Royal Mail International Signed for) is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Mirri Damer cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BESPOKE/ customised ORDERS AND CANCELLATION

Quotes on bespoke and customised (i.e. made to size) orders will be valid for 30 days and we reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.

A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Mirri Damer jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund; items need to be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. Any discount given for a multiple purchase will no longer apply if one or more item is returned. If you do wish to return an item, please contact us for further details.

Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)

— Customised pieces (pieces made to a specific size)

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.

Warranty, REPAIRS AND RECONDITIONING

Because Mirri makes jewellery to be worn everyday, there will be a certain amount of wear and tear. We are happy to offer a re-finishing service and carry out any small repairs to make your jewellery look as good as new.

Beyond a12 month period, however, we would assess repairs on a case-by-case basis but a cost is likely to be incurred.

Although unlikely, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us as soon as possible for a full inspection.

We want our customers to be happy so will do our best to resolve any issues.
